When it comes to MLM / Network Marketing reward systems, you might like to ask yourself this question, What does network marketing mean for you? Chances are, most people never really understand what theyre locked into, how the business works so long as it pays!

Now when times are tough as they are at the moment, people tighten their belts try to do without luxury items and concentrate on the necessities, but they still buy! This, if nothing else, reinforces how customers are the key to success in business not associates or affiliates (although they can and do play a big part in the scheme of things) or the compensation plan.
Having customers, more so than leads, is a big differentiator in a business.
No doubt youve been down that track also you know what I mean. Many Leads are sold by many companies who quite often have no interest in what you are selling. The leads are a result of a basic survey where applicants have a chance to win a prize such as a car, Television etc. You see, acquiring Targeted Leads is much too hard for such enterprises. Long Way to trivitas B12!
I've spent most of my lifetime serving businesses and organizations in a variety of roles. I now help other people learn not to do the same!
I was born in Coventry, England during WW2 . I owe the rest of my life to my mother who used to put me to sleep in a chest of drawers each night - to protect me from German Bombs. It worked and I've been grateful ever since.
My early childhood around Coventry involved school - where I attended St. Lawrence's Church of England - which suffered hits from bombing - where I learned how to fight other boys, climb trees, go to Sunday school, sing in the choir at church and venture into places I shouldn't have (especially bombed-out buildings closed in case of unexploded bombs!).
At school I was caned frequently by my teacher for "not washing behind my ears" and for other reasons I can't recall. After I learned to get under a table where the teacher's cane lost some of its sting she didn't bother me too much. I learned about aircraft - because I often saw Tiger Moths flying high above the school. i guess that exposure must have fueled the beginning of a lifetime desire - to Fly! I also learned NOT to jump over barbed-wire fences after I got hung-up on one whilst trying to escape an orchard owner when scrumping apples!
At age 10 our family moved to a neighboring town - a coal-mining community. My first day at school I met, fought and defeated the school "Bully" who felt he had to keep all newcomers 'in-line'. After that we became good mates and later played rugby football together.
My teenage years were full of adventure. I loved nature walks, going to new places, villages outside the immediate township etc. and eventually won a scholarship to a Technical High School where I studied until I was 16 years of age. At this school I became fascinated with playing music (Euphonium and trombone), played rugby for the school with a fabulous, unbeatable group of boys who defeated all before them.
We smoked and drank our way through school - often sneaking away during P.E. sessions to creep into the local Pub or into one of the boy's homes where we could watch TV and relax before running back to school in time to end our class. It was a community of 'Hard men' but warm hearts. they were the salt of the earth and I believe that community helped forge the strength of character I have.
I left school and took up an apprenticeship as a Design Draughtsman - because that was the only chance I had. It led to a career in sheetmetal fabrication of some of the finest trucks and buses, cars like Jaguar, Alvis and eventually became the youngest Foreman ever in that company. At 22 I emigrated to South Africa, worked for General Motors and enjoyed some wonderful weekends in the wilderness of that fabulous country before returning to England to marry my childhood sweetheart.
Five years later my first son was born and I realized I wanted him to 'enjoy a better life'. England was grim and seemingly always filled with drizzling rain, fog and dark days so when the opportunity came to take up a new job in New Zealand I took it.We emigrated there 35 years ago and life has been good in many ways.
I've enjoyed a fruitful life with advancing responsibilities in different companies - all of which has been very educational and fulfilling.through that I've been able to expand my horizons, learn new skills and enjoy some amazing experiences and adventures. My two sons now do the same ..and some!
My experiences include: supervisory and management roles in sales, marketing and production in the Paperboard and Plastics Packaging industry, real estate sales, 20+ years flying - becoming a Flying Instructor with NZ Warbirds association, I am a 'Do It Yourselfer', a practical hands-on person having built several additons to our homes over the years and thus gained a good level of competence in many trades. througout all of these experiences i've always been outstanding as "Mr Fxit" - taking on the challenges that others thought to be 'impossible' or found too difficult - with a very high degree of success!
Just a few years ago I escaped certain death whilst flying solo from New Zealand to Australia. I am convinced that I experienced God's intervention that day - to the extent that he placed his hand on my shoulder, directed my actions which saved me. After that, I reflected seriously over the many events in my lifetime where I've escaped serious injury in dangerous situations and have come to the conclusion that I am indeed 'blessed'. it's taken almost a lifetime for me to become a believer in God. For this I am grateful and has led me to becoming more relaxed about life's ups and downs and a greater focus on helping others.

The network marketing industry as a whole is comprised of many different marketing schemes (even scams) that seem to imply that anyone joining their business opportunity will enjoy success simply by following their join the dots styled training.Others go so far as to suggest that by jumping on board with the next new pre-launch business, thats destined to make Internet history on Googleyou can become rich without effort.
These claims - in the vast majority of cases - have neither a viable product or real basis to them and least of all a proven business model. Finding morecontacts and successful marketing is all about leveraging your time on a a few tasks that leverage the time and effort of many people, not just you. In other words, if you are spending all your time doing the grunt work then you are not running a business, youre slowly losing one.

Why Multivitamins Are So Important
As you review your diet of the past week, ask yourself, Did I eat the right amount of fruits and vegetables every day? (Five servings for children, seven servings for women and nine servings for men.) If you can say yes congratulations! If you are like most people you did not reach that goal. And, if you are like most of us, you did not eat all of your fruits and vegetables from an organic source; so, the fruits and vegetables may have been lacking in nutrition. Staying on top of our nutrient reserve is important. Our bodies make millions of new cells every day: heart cells, brain cells, bone and blood cells. Every time a cell dies it should be replaced. The correct proportion of nutrients needs to be maintained. Otherwise, the supplement will create a greater imbalance than it was meant to solve.
A good example of this is the Norwegian Vitamin Trial for heart health (NORVIT). This trial involved a vitamin cocktail that had the right ingredients. But it was so horribly out of balance that it resulted in the deaths of some of the participants by creating severe nutrient imbalances.
How can you tell if your multivitamin supplement is imbalanced? One way is to notice your urine after you take the supplement. If it turns bright yellow or orange after taking a vitamin you can suspect that this supplement is imbalanced. Now, to be fair, the person taking the vitamin may be imbalanced instead. This happens if someone has eaten an imbalanced diet for some time. Still, it is more often the supplement that is imbalanced, not the person.

I don't buy Leads anymore- I buy Customers!
I first came across Tom Prendergast CEO of Veretekk, in 1997 after I had been online for a couple of months looking for a ">home business or at least, ways to make money online. If youre unaware of Veretekk, it is the foremost Lead Generation and SEO System on the Net. I was trying to recover from heavy debt. A major business investment had gone sour; I lost my job through the impact of the Korean monetary crisis on the industry I was working in and was experiencing other significant trauma at the same time. I can assure you -it was a real bad combination. I needed a home business opportunity or something real bad!

Something to consider if starting a home based business is in your thoughts....
If you're serious about starting a home based business or just making money online the following information, whilst not intended to be alarming, should at least be enlightening. While most of us like to think we made a wise choice in the first place, this information throws new light on the topic of starting a home based business!
Study results of ways of making money online find 95% failure rate!
In their recent publication - Wednesday, July 23, 2008 Pro Consumer Guide, in their report entitled "Make Money Online Programs - Do They Really Work?" had this to say about ways of making money online which were studied,
"Around 95% of these programs failed our strict testing procedure, and thus were rated as very poor quality. Some of the characteristic features that led to poor quality gradings on all such programs include but are not limited to:
Too little information provided: Whilst the concepts and methods were presented fairly well, there was no further information of practical or instructional value. This left us a little lost.
Poor quality of information: In some cases the program merely consisted of an E-book in PDF format ranging from 50 to 80 pages with an inflated font-size to make the book appear more than what it actually is. The information was poor, confusing and the content had many spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. These were very unprofessional products. And we were surprised that such highly advertised programs could be of such low quality.
Hidden fees and huge upsells: A number of these programs did not disclose that there were further fees for the use of certain resources they offered, and many others offered an "upsell" which is offering you a higher value item at the point of purchase.
No clear privacy or refund policy: Many of the poor quality programs did not offer a clear privacy policy nor a refund policy. We attempted to get refunds for some of the extremely poor programs but were unsuccessful in most cases.
Selling of mentoring programs: Our personal information was used (or passed on to other organizations) and we received a few emails and calls in some instances attempting to sell us expensive mentoring schemes.
Poor customer support: The poor quality programs had support that was not very responsive and in some cases, non-existent.
Conclusion
Our tests over a period of 12 weeks proved very disappointing for the most part. The majority of these programs were a waste of time and money, and proved next to useless in the end. With a 95% failure rate in our study it is important that people ensure they join only the highest quality programs since it is very possible to make a reasonable income online. Our tests revealed only two decent programs which showed promising results."

Now this is not an isolated, one-off report. There are many other so called -'watch-dogs' out there - the key is finding them and listening to what they have to say about starting a home based business because unfortunately, most people searching for ways to make money online get hooked early in their research because they lack the know-how or aren't aware of such scams !
Another way to research what is a good business to start is to look for specific reports by people who collect information and study these companies over a long period of time (as many such programs "die" within weeks or months of their launch date).
One such book that I was referred to and found to be extremely informative was "How to select a network marketing Company" by Daren C. Falter who spent thousands of hours doing his own due diligence and research. I'm equally sure that others are available and may be found by spending a few minutes - even hours online.After all,deciding what is a good business to start is a serious staep and as such deserves good,well-balanced judgement when making a choice.
Another way to find ways of make money online is to talk to lots of people who have seen both sides of the equation. People have experienced losses through making hasty decisions, not being thorough enough and so on or simply making the wrong choice of opportuntiy for whatever reason.
In this respect, as someone who has searched for ways of starting a home based business and making money online at different times during the past nine years, I'm happy to suggest you look at one which I've recently been introduced to for a couple of reasons which are:
